A manager contacted us with a strong ambition: He wanted to make his team one of the best performing European teams in their Danish C20 company. He succeeded.
Competition in the client's market is fierce, and that places high demands on the team's performance. In order for the team to realise their potential, they had to be transformed from a group of strong soloists to a cooperating, high-performance team with top level results.
