Helle is the CEO and founder of bro, and from the start in 1999, she has been responsible for the strategic development and day-to-day operation of the company. Helle knows what it means to be a leader, and she uses her experience to help others navigate the pitfalls of management. She dedicates her time to strategy, team development and management training, and she is not afraid to tackle your sore spots, if the aim is to create meaningful change. That’s why Helle also works as a sparring partner and advisor to senior managers and executives in Danish as well as international organisations.
